Position: Social Media Representative for @roxannecarol

I am looking for a few individuals who would like to help represent my business. Like most reps, you would be provided with a personal discount code and a 10% discount code for your followers. Your personal discount code will start at 20% and will increase as you bring in more business. Additionally you will be offered free commission pieces periodically in order to provide you with content to share and promote. The more business you bring, the more benefits you reap.

You will be responsible for promoting @roxannecarol and are expected to do so at least once a week. The more creatively you do this the better, but there are no specific guidelines at this time so I will need people who are willing to brainstorm and conceptualize with me on different advertising ideas.

All in all you’ll need to be able to dedicate at most 5 hours per week to this position. However, the more time you put in the more benefits you will receive.

The ideal candidate would…

  • Be active on social media with a good engagement rate

  • Have a good aesthetic and organized layout

  • Be involved in a cosplay or art community

  • Be able to produce new content regularly

  • Have marketing and social media experience, even if it is self taught

  • Be able to produce compelling ideas and assist with advertising campaigns and brainstorming sessions

  • Be level headed and engaging in conversation, as well as friendly to other representatives

  • Be knowledgable enough to answer clients’ questions

  • Have experience in design, including self taught, and be able to produce eye catching stories and posts for IG

The job consists of….

  • Promoting @roxannecarol commissions through Instagram stories and posts. (Some promotions will be provided for you, others you will be responsible for yourself.)

  • Bringing in new clients through word of mouth

  • Promoting sales and discount codes for @roxannecarol

  • Answering potential clients’ questions

  • Assisting in the creation of new campaigns and promotions

You will never be asked to…

  • Sacrifice your morals or values

  • Do anything that makes you uncomfortable

  • Speak to anyone who makes you uncomfortable

  • Provide your personal information beyond what is asked of you in this form

I reserve the rights to revoke your representative status and discount codes at any time due to (but not limited to) the following reasons…

  • Personal inactivity (not engaging with an audience)

  • No sales made in 60 days (inactive discount code)

  • Unacceptable behavior or attitude

  • Making statements on behalf of @roxannecarol that do not align with the morals or values of the company

  • Harassment, bullying or hate speech on any platform

  • Client complaints
